		<description>Hi,
I followed a Rev-Dex induction therapy last summer (May - Aug:
Rev at 25 mg/day, 21 days out of each 28 days - and Dex at 40 mg/day once a week). During that I had NO Peripheral Neuropathy (PN).
One month after induction, I had Cyclophosphamide (CY) for Stem Cells mobilization: it was then that I had PN for the first time in my life: at the fingers of a single hand, they ceased after about 4 hours, not painful.
About 1 month and a half later I underwent my first ASCT (with Melphalan (200 mg/m2)). It was then that I had very clear PN at both my heels for 2 or 3 days.
Unfortunately from then on (3 months have passed now) I am experiencing PN everyday: numbness and tingling (and sometime loss of touch) at the fingers of both hands every morning at wake up or when I hold my arm bent for some minute.

What can the origin of this (so far mild) PN be ? Can it be Revlimid
even if I had it more than 5 months ago for the last time ?
Why I had the only 2 acute episodes of PN when I had chemos (CY and Melphalan) ?
Doctors have not given me a clear opinion.

Many thanks.
