Hello Iyauai,

We are very sorry to hear about the problems you are having with your Velcade treatment.

It would be difficult for us to help you directly because we are based in the USA, and you and your physicians are in Norway.

However, there are at least two Norwegian organizations that might be able to help you.

First, there is a group of multiple myeloma patients who have received stem cell transplants. Even if you have not had a stem cell transplant, this group may be able to put you in contact with other myeloma patients who may be able to advise you and help you get assistance for your problems.

The organization is called "Margen", and information about them is available on the web at www.margen.no .

Second, you also should consider contacting the Norwegian Cancer Society. The Society has nurses and social workers who almost certainly will be able to help you. The Cancer Society's website is at www.kreftforeningen.no . The Society's full list of contact information is at this link.

Good luck!
