The International Myeloma Foundation will be holding a patient and family seminar at the Boca Raton Marriot in Boca Raton, Florida. Multiple myeloma experts will speak on a variety of topics including advances in treatment, supportive care, and clinical trials.

The San Francisco Bay Area Myeloma Support Group meets on the third Saturday of every month from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. These meetings rotate among Stanford, Oakland, San Francisco, and Walnut Creek. Typically 30 to 50 people attend these monthly meetings to share their personal experiences with multiple myeloma and ask questions.

This group is open to myeloma patients, caregivers, and anyone with questions about multiple myeloma. It meets on the second Monday of the month from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the UTC area of La Jolla, CA.
